To oversee the delivery of an efficient 50 cover canteen restaurant with aditional hospitality, maximising profitability, achieving financial targets and ensuring business objectives are met. Ensure the highest standards of customer service and delivered, ensuring smooth service and consistency between departments. Assist and support the Head Chef with a confident and welcoming presents throughout all Hospitality departments.
