Visitor Experience Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Visitor Experience Manager to join CH&CO Destinations working within a group of incredible world famous visitor attractions.
Responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service training programs to ensure every customer (external or internal) feels delighted with their contact, and the quality of the personal experience they receive.
Promote a high performing work culture, developing and facilitating training workshops
Establish and maintain effective working relationships
Consistently achieve individual and team learner targets and KPI’s through high standards of performance in-line with business expectations.
Establish and maintain excellent internal working relationships with all stakeholders including Sales and the People & Development Team.
Develop and implement learning strategies to target all team members, driving customer service excellence.
Keep clear and detailed records using our management systems.
Reporting performance against target and pipeline, weekly and monthly meetings as directed by your line manager.
Proven track record in engagement with people.
Excellent communicator, possessing ability to communicate with many people on many different levels
Able to interact with potential learners using various methods, including, face to face meetings and events, social media, and over the telephone.
Target driven and passionate about results, with a proven track record of exceeding learner engagement targets.
