We are looking for a talented individual to come onboard and join the team at Royal Surrey County Hospital as their Soft Services Facilities Manager and a fixed 10 month contract (with a possible extension)Package description
Up to £34,000Main responsibilities
As our Soft FM Manager will manage all services within a specific zone of the hospital. You will work closely with the supervisory team to ensure the efficient operation of the domestic, catering, security and portering departments.
This will involve liaising closely with ward staff (NHS) to ensure that the services are meeting their requirements and constantly looking for ways to improve the service.Ideal candidate
- Previous experience managing multiple Soft FM services ideally within Catering in a hospital environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrable experience in being able to prioritise and balance multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive approach
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience pf producing accurate reports
- Interpersonal skills (to build relationships at all levels)
