Customer Service Advisor

The working hours for this role are: Saturday and Sunday (7.00am to 6.00pm)

Main responsibilities

The successful Customer Service Advisor will indulge in the following duties:

  • Manage customer calls 
  • Logging all transactions on our CAFM system 
  • Ensuring that security related issues are managed
  • Respond to requests for assistance
  • Manage high risk situations to resolution
  • Report writing
