The site which covers over 42 acres is meticulously cleaned, therefore the position requires you to provide an efficient and effective service, with a keen eye for detail, in order to continuously achieve and exceed standards. LSS play a pivotal role in ensuring that expected standards are maintained during the tournament itself.
A strong comprehensive understanding of cleaning principles is required, as you will be leading a team of over 20 across a variety of cleaning aspects. Therefore previous experience of working to exacting standards, plus managing and motivating a team is essential.Ideal candidate
- Experience in a similar site/sector is preferred
- In depth cleaning knowledge (BICs preferable).
- Excellent planning and staff management for working rotas and events.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to compile reports.
- Health & Safety, Compliance and Quality procedures.
- A willing and can do attitude.
