We have an opportunity for a talented Assistant Manager to join the team at our own brand Amigo outlet based in Leeds.

This is one of our prestigious contracts and has delivered year on year growth.

Main responsibilities
 

As one of our assistant managers you will be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the Amigo unit, to provide great quality Foodservice and Support Services. You will also be responsible for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards and specification.

Ideal candidate

The type of applications that we would be interested in seeing,

•             Proven experience in managing successful teams in a similar environment

•             NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2

•             Basic Food Hygiene certificate

•             Experience of leading and managing a small team of people

•             Minimum 2 years catering experience

•             Excellent financial acumen

•             I.T literate
