We have a great opportunity for a talented catering professional, to come onboard as the new Patient Catering Manager at our North Middlesex University Hospital contract.
North Middlesex University Hospital is one of London’s busiest acute hospitals, serving more than 350,000 people living in Enfield and Haringey and the surrounding areas, including Barnet and Waltham Forest.Main responsibilities
As our Patient Catering Manager, you will manage the catering operation – across 560 beds that serve patients twice a day, leading your team – (4 direct reports) of 60 in delivering an exceptional food service to the patients across breakfast, lunch and supper
You will manage the entire service, monitoring of the food order data, managing the stock and orders, waste management, H&S and food safety.Ideal candidate
What we are looking for in applications
- Proven track recorded within a contract catering sector ideally within the hospital environment
- Experience of leading large site catering operations
- Management and leadership of large teams
- Proven knowledge of both Food Safety and Health and Safety and hold the qualification or equivalent
- Financial acumen
This Patient Catering Manager position is predominately a Monday to Friday role – 40 hours per week
