As Multi-Site General Manager, you will oversee two units Sheffield and York. You will have full responsibility for a combined turnover of around £1.5 million, and for your contracts to deliver an exceptional catering service through tasty, great food and excellent customer service.

You will ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, introduce new ideas and develop the existing team skills. With 2 direct reports you will be required to support their sites and maintain relationships with the client.

Monday to Friday only. 

An exciting role to take ownership of 2 sites in the North at one of our large corporate contracts

Main responsibilities
  • Overseeing 2 sites in Sheffield and York
  • Managing overall operation with a hands on approach across all catering and hospitality requirements
  • Fully responsible for the area P&L accounts
  • Reviewing standards and processes
  • Excellent commercial understanding and creative ideas to increase business profit
  • Health and Safety and Food Safety
  • Menu and offer development across all locations
  • Training and management of a team of 2
  • Project management of mobilisations and refurbishments
  • Attending regular meetings with the clients and conducting presentations
  • Retail and commercial focus, ensuring we are competing with the local marketplace 
Ideal candidate
  • Experience in hospitality and catering management
  • Corporate contract catering experience / understanding
  • Strong financial, commercial, business knowledge and people acumen
  • Stakeholder / client management experience
  • Confident people leadership and training skills
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Passion for food ensuring keeping up to date with food trends
