- Can write and execute beautiful, on-trend A La Carte and Event menus
- Have Hygiene Certification
- Have an excellent grip on stock control and menu costings
- Are always presentable
- Are a strong leader with great mentoring skills
- Have relevant previous experience
- Work well in a friendly team environment
