Accommodation Head Receptionist

Look no further as we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, multi-talented and highly skilled Receptionist to complete all Receptionist duties within our facility. Our hand selected Receptionist will make our customers and clients feel welcomed to our site.

Main responsibilities

The successful Accommodation Head Receptionist will undertake the following duties:

  • To check the reception log book daily and deal with any issues, ensuring that the Accommodation Manager and Lead Administrator is informed of any reception concerns.
  • Ensure that any relevant information is recorded in the log book for team members coming on to duty later
  • Help guide team members with their duties whilst adhering to the company and establishment policies
  • Assist with the on the job training of existing and new team members
  • Assist with maintaining all training record files up to date
  • Help the team with the loading of course personnel on the Visual One system
  • Generation of short term mess bills
  • Take payment for customer mess bills by cash, cheque & credit/debit card, ensuring all Profit Protection Procedures  and  relevant  paperwork is adhered to at all times
  • Issue room numbers to course personnel already loaded on to the system
  • Print off arrivals proformas & mess bills, attach to envelope containing allocated room key and place in alphabetical order in arrivals basket
  • Check guest in and out of accommodation
  • Chase up missing room keys
  • Answer guest queries, as well as telephone and email queries.
  • Ensuring that the accommodation team are up to date with their daily/weekly tasks
  • Deal with any incidents/complaints raised whilst on duty
  • Ensure that uniform standards are upheld to the highest standard and adhered to
  • Carrying out other reasonable requests made by your Line Manager including working in areas other than those to which you are accustomed.
