An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a commercial law firm renowned for working with creative, innovative and brand-focused businesses.

Main Responsibilities:
• Offer an excellent standard of customer service at all times
• Manage the busy switchboard effectively and efficiently
• Ensure that every phone call is handled in a courteous and professional manner and that all visitors are appropriately attended to
• Ensure the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing mails
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and guidelines are adhered to at all times
• Assist with all meeting room related requests and bookings in an efficient and timely manner
• Must be able to set up telephone/video conferences when requested
• Conduct regular room checks to ensure all rooms are set/reset for upcoming meetings
• Reporting any queries to relevant departments and follow up
• Daily diary management
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed

• 1+year experience working as a Corporate Receptionist or 5* Hotels
