Located just outside of the popular market town the Hotel is a busy 42 bedroom, 4* hotel 2 Rosette hotel in Gloucestershire. This is a fast paced environment which in addition to the Bar & Restaurant, also caters for up to approximately 65 weddings a year plus private events of up to 100 people.
If you are an experienced & enthusiastic Chef de Partie you will thrive in this busy Kitchen Team. The hotel offers ongoing training and the ability to progress your career here and through the group of hotels, should you wish to do so.
Idearly you will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will confidently be able to demonstrate good knife and cooking skills.
You will need to have the following:

- The ability to work under pressure
- A desire to learn, progress and develop
As Chef de Partie you will very much be working as part of the team, assisting with daily prep and ensuring that your section is always clean, organised and ready for service.
Full training will be given on all sections and the opportunity offered to move around within the kitchen.
