Area Catering Officer
The Area Catering Officer would need to demonstrate a high standard of craft skills as this position is responsible for delivering training modules to Catering Staff to ensure the use of correct methods and practices are being adhered to and that the highest standard of food and customer service is achieved in accordance with Stoke City Catering policies and procedures.
Financial and commercial awareness is essential in order to interpret financial/budgetary information to ensure targets are met.
The successful applicant must possess a NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation Certificate, Advanced Hygiene Certificate and demonstrate experience of working in a large catering organisation.
