This pub restaurant in Bedfordshire is part of a small family run group and all menus are created by the Exec & Head Chefs for each site. The menu features hearty pub classics, presented very well using fresh produce. At each site, they also have a specials menu which is designed by (You) the Head Chef. We are looking for a Head Chef for this Bedfordshire fresh food, destination pub that has a solid background around fresh produce and who is very hands on. There isn't much requirement for sitting behind a desk with this role, you will be in the kitchen 99% of the time, running a service, managing a team of 6 and making sure consistency is spot on. We are also looking for a Head Chef in Bedfordshire that is passionate, that is a great team player and who can work with the family to really take this business and its standard forwards.
They can offer straight shifts and a salary of £35-£38K + tips, giving you an OTE of £40K+
