Are you experienced in managing high volume retail catering operations and would you like to work at one of our flagship visitor attractions?

We are looking for a Catering Manager to take our catering offer at Llyn Brenig to the next level.   You will design and cost appealing menus, source local, fresh, seasonal produce; and ensure its service delivery through best practice.  Benchmarking against market leaders and key high-end operators, you will make our sites, people and product best in class.  As a foodie and seasoned operator, you will know how to inspire your team to create a destination eatery that brings our visitors back time and time again. 

You will contribute to the development of the site business plan to ensure growth, success and sustainability.  A key part of the role will be to increase revenue and improve profitability through business efficiency, innovation and exceptional customer service.  This is a new role within the visitor attraction division at Welsh Water, you will have the opportunity to really make a difference as well as truly knowing you are working for a company that values their customers and strives to do the right thing.
