Head Chef Oxfordshire- Rosette Gastro Inn, £40K+ package
As the Head Chef in South Oxfordshire, you will have a solid background, ideally running a similar operation. We would consider a seasoned Sous Chef looking for their first big break also. The menu features pub classics executed with a modern twist, using fresh produce at all times. This is a privately owned business and they are looking for a Head Chef that can continue their quest of achieving 2AA Rosettes.
This Head Chef role will see you working around 50 hours per week. You will get full running of the kitchen and will also have full menu autonomy.
You will lead a small team and will make sure all internal standards are met, including upkeep of all equipment, EHO, labelling of produce etc.
Salary for this Head Chef role in South Oxfordshire is £35,000 + £5,000 bonus + around £3,000 in tips.
