Jnr Sous Chef Oxfordshire- Gastro Inn, £30K
We are looking for a Jnr Sous Chef that can step up eventually to be the Sous Chef, so career progression is definitely available. We are looking for a Jnr Sous Chef that can continue to support the Head Chef and keep up their 2AA Rosette standards. This destination eatery is part of a small group, they are very quality focused and each of their sites holds AA Rosettes in culinary excellence.
As the Jnr Sous Chef West Oxfordshire, you will be working 9 shifts a week, consisting of straight & split shifts. You will help with menu development and will also help keep the kitchen tidy and compliant.
The menu features pub classics, jazzed up using fresh, Cotswold produce.
