Sous Chef South Oxfordshire- Straight Shifts, Busy, fresh, destination pub £35K package
Sous wanted for busy, fresh, destination pub in South Oxfordshire. This popular eatery is part of a small group, with all their sites offering pub classics, cooked using fresh produce, coupled with a up-market specials menu. This South Chef role will see you working Straight shifts over 4 or 5 days and its a 48 hour week, plus paid overtime. We are looking for a Sous Chef in Oxfordshire with solid kitchen management experience that can manage and maintain a busy section and help manage the kitchen along with the Head Chef.
The ideal Sous Chef Chef for this Oxfordshire destination eatery will have a background in fresh food and ideally volume! This business is open all day for food and their amazing terrace also gets pretty busy over the summer months.
The owners are also open to the possibility of a 4-day week, if that is something that could give you better work & life balance. The salary for a 4-day week would be around £30K + around £250 a month in tips. if you want to work more hours, they are happy to pay you overtime, giving you easy earnings of over £35K!
