Commis chef | Chef de Partie | Fine Dining Restaurant | Oxford | OTE £24 - £27K

Are you a commis chef or a CDP with a serious passion for food? Do you love cooking, being part of an enthusiastic team and have the desire to learn and progress? Then I could have the perfect chef de partie or commis chef role for you.

The location is just stunning, just a short walk from the Oxford City Centre. The restaurant is understated but with upscale European dining with a creative menu. The restaurant here seats up to 75 guests and they can do events for up to 130 people too.

The kitchen team in this Oxford restaurant are all serious foodies, but a real friendly bunch too. They happily produce a fresh & seasonal menu with dishes such as; Duck & pistachio terrine for starters and poached halibut for mains.

Serving fine food in this idyllic location means that the restaurant is often very busy, so if you think you can handle high volume in a (sometimes) pressured kitchen as a chef de partie or commis chef, please send me your CV today.

Working around 50 hours per week, the appointed chef can expect a to earn around £19-22K with an extra £5K in tips.
