Hotel Receptionist Oxfordshire £16.5-£17K + bens

Hotel receptionist Oxfordshire wanted for beautiful 4* Cotswold property in Burford. Part of a small group, this property sits at the heart of the town and boats 4* status and holds 1AA Rosette in their restaurant, serving British produce from the Cotswold's.

This hotel is fast-paced, high volume and also caters up to 100+ weddings per annum. We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook and can give guests a positive and welcoming approach as they enter the property. We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist with either previous experience in a hotel, who has some good commercial understanding, or someone with reservations experience.

Core duties;

- Taking reservations

- Dealing with guests and enquiries

- Customer check ins & outs

- Taking payments and cash handling

- Answering calls and directing them accordingly to other departments.

Working around 37.5 hours per week on an hourly rate of £8.50ph, you will be required to work hours from 7am-3pm, or 2.30-10.30, 5-days from 7 including weekends.
