As Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef in this Village Gastro Pub & Restaurant just west of Bicester, Oxfordshire, you would be part of an awesome team in the kitchen!
This open kitchen serves around 40 covers in the bar and the same in the Restaurant also. This is a full-time, permanent role and you can expect to work from around 09.00am - 15.00pm and 17.00pm - 22.00pm.
The successful Chef de Partie / Junior Sous chef appointed would ideally have some experience, but full training will be given. You would need to display a real passion for food, be career focussed & ambitious. The ideal Chef de Partie / Junior Sous chef would work well in a team and have a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and progress. - Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment, creating fresh meals.
