Sous Chef South Oxfordshire- Seasonal, Destination Foodie Pub £35K

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join a small kitchen team at this beautiful Cotswold stone village 'foodie' pub in a little village just 10 mins drive South of Banbury in Oxfordshire. This is a privately owned business, really renowned for their food offering cask Ales and seasonal trends. The kitchen team is made up of just four, where the team all muck in together. The menu features lots of game during the season and they always buy fresh & local where they can.

We are looking for a Sous Chef in Oxfordshire that is prepared to work with the Head Chef to continuously develop the food offering menus and drive quality & standards forward. You will work 5 days from 7, including split shifts, though on a Sunday they are only in until late afternoon, so you will likely work a 9-5pm.

We are looking for a Sous Chef in South Oxfordshire that can cook using fresh produce and who can cook to a classic standard.

This role will see you working around 40 hours per week.

Salary for this Sous Chef role in South Oxfordshire is £30K + tips of around £3-£4,000, OTE £34K!
