Head Chef Oxfordshire- Fresh food destination pub £35-£37K
Head Chef wanted to run the kitchen at this destination, fresh food pub based in a village location just a 10 minute drive South of Banbury in Oxfordshire. As the Head Chef you will have full menu control and will work with the owners to drive the food offering forward, overseeing a team of 3.
The menu currently features seasonal game, fresh fish, fresh pasta, all using fresh produce where possible.
We are looking for a Head Chef, or Sous Chef that can bring with them some real flair and who can refine the current offering. This establishment is not looking for AA Rosettes, though if you have worked in a award winning environment, my client would definitely welcome some modern twists on the menu.
This Head Chef role will see you working around 50 hours a week, with split shifts most of the time. On a Sunday, they close in the evenings, so you will only have to work 9am-5.30/6pm.
Salary for this Head Chef role in South Oxfordshire is £35K + tips. We would also consider a Sous Chef, ready for their first Head Chef role.
