Applications are currently being accepted for our Graduate Management Trainee Programme (Ops) commencing in October 2019.
We will be conducting Assessment Centre’s for this program in mid-June 2019.

What should you expect?
Our Graduate Management Trainee Programme is a two-year rotational scheme which provides recent graduates with the opportunity to learn and enhance their skills across all of our functions and sectors, developing them into the future leaders of our business operations.
You will hit the ground running with opportunities to be out in our business doing real work, making a difference and learning on the job from day one.
Across your 24 months you will rotate into 4 different areas of our business; each 6-month rotation will allow you to absorb the key skills and gain experience across some of the many and varied roles within our operations at our client sites and across our central functions.
The rotations will be across a number of our business sectors which will offer you coveted experience in different aspect of business, this could include anything from delivering outstanding restaurant experiences, supporting high profile sporting events and feeding thousands of school children, patients, workers and military personnel, to delivering warm welcomes, clean buildings and safe environments.
Whilst most of your continued learning will be on the job, we also provide a structured learning programme including, project management, career planning and presentation skills. All the time supported by your dedicated mentor, who will be on hand to help you to navigate your journey.
The programme is designed to set you up to be one of our outstanding Operations Managers; they run single units, multi-sites and even multi-service contracts, making commercial decisions and working directly with our clients and senior leaders. What can you bring?
If you have graduated within the last two years and you are enthusiastic, driven and passionate about delivering great food and service, then we want to hear from you. What you should bring:
- 2:2 Degree or above (obtained within the last 2 years)
- An appetite to be part of the food and hospitality industry
- Has a collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships
- Commercially aware and a desire for a future role within Operations Management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, with great attention to detail
- Ability to develop new ideas and see them through to completion.
- A willingness and capacity to relocate in the UK if required – we will aim to minimise geographic moves but to take advantage of the many great opportunities you should be open to moving location.
