The role of Hygiene Manager  is a fabulous opportunity to work with a great team and be a part of delivering exceptional events at the ExCeL London Hospitality.    



Reporting to the Executive Head you will be directly responsible for the key result areas below. (Amongst other, general responsibilities)

A brand new role at this exciting, fast paced venue in the heart of London


Main responsibilities

Role will entail the following:




  • Planning staffing requirement’s

  • Managing the team of porters

  • Expand the team of porters

  • Ensuring cleaning schedules are filled in and followed

  • Challenging incorrect behaviour

  • Building relationships with the operators to ensure smooth breakdowns 

  • Planning how best to use resources

  • Ensure work is carried out systematically and methodically

  • Plan for peak times and manage labour accordingly


Ideal candidate

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Understanding of Logistics Management or previous experience as a porter

  • self motivated

  • attention to detail

  • able to plan projects and be forward thinking,

  • ability to manage all levels of people,

  • hands on approach to achieving results,

  • great communicator,

  • great attitude to challenges,
