Chef Manager 



As part of your role as the offshore chef manager, you will organise and supervise the unit as well as being responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the unit under your control whilst providing a quality service.


Main responsibilities

Successful candidates will have the responsibility for the preparation, cooking and service of food, laundry, accommodation, and janitorial services to agreed standards and specifications and to ensure the efficient and economic use is made of all resources, including stock, labour and company assets.


Ideal candidate
Candidates that wish to apply, will need to have a proven track record of working as a chef manager within an offshore environment, this could have been within the North Sea or further afield.  You will also be required to have a real passion for food along with excellent client relationship, people management and communication skills.

Additionally, applicants must be able to meet the following essential certification criteria:



•             BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS;



•             MIST;



•             OGUK Medical with Food Handlers; and



•             City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 & 706/3 or equivalent.
