Main responsibilities

Reporting in to the Head of HR - RA, you will be a true HR Business Partner to the Operations Director, you will coach them, support them and you will be responsible for driving and implementing their people agenda. Our venues have their own unique challenges, managing constant change, you will be required to operate at a senior level to provide effective and efficient HR advice on a wide variety of topics including employee relations, talent management and employee engagement.


Ideal candidate

For us to be right for you, and for you to be right for us you will CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with experience of business partnering operations within a fast-paced, low-margin organisation. Experience in in venues would be advantageous.. You will be a strong HR generalist with exposure to TUPE, change management and transformation. Your stakeholder management skills will be second-to-none and you will have demonstrable skills in influencing, challenging, negotiating and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. You will demonstrate leadership qualities, the ability to work collaboratively across the department and strong communication skills.  Resilience, the ability to self-manage and gravitas are key. In addition, you will be holder of a valid UK drivers licence.
