The RSC is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join an established and inventive catering team.

What makes working in catering at the RSC different? Simply put, we take pride in the food we produce. We work with local suppliers, sourcing the finest ingredients to produce delicious food. Did you know? We source salt from Droitwich, vegetables from Worcestershire and beef from Herefordshire, four of our suppliers have a Royal Warrant.

We want someone who shares our passion for great produce and delicious food. You must have creativity, innovation and enthusiasm to drive us forward.

As a Chef de Partie at the RSC you will work closely with committed team members to:

  • Create and shape our menus to reflect seasonal changes
  • Prepare and produce food for our different outlets
  • Take deliveries and manage stock

This is an opportunity for you to work across different kitchens where you will apply you experience and expertise to cater for our iconic Rooftop Restaurant, various cafés and events at the RSC - https://www.rsc.org.uk/rooftop-restaurant
