We have a great opportunity for an individual, to come onboard as our new Amigo Unit Manager, at the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
You will be responsible for managing x2 of our own brand Amigo units, with a passionate and dedicated team of 15 delivering a combined sale of £25k per week.
You will be responsible for, achieving consistent high brand audit results, training and the development of your staff to deliver a best in class service and be innovative in overcoming challenges.
What do we need from you as the applicant, well we are looking for are;
- An enthusiastic individual with a passion for working in a retail environment such as WHSmiths, Costcutter and other similar retail chains
- An outstanding communicator, able to liaise confidently with customers & clients and lead, engage & develop team members
- Knowledge & experience of driving profitable sales growth
- IT literate
- Good numeracy skills with the ability to analyse & interpret data e.g. sales data
