Role and Responsibilities
You will work as part of a friendly and relaxed team to support the daily operation and delivery of our existing Hotel and Bar Menu as well as organise, create and deliver new and exciting dishes for our customers and hotel guests. Functions and events are a regular occurrence at the Inn on the Moor Hotel and you will work alongside the rest of your team to create inspiring menus and deliver excellent quality produce throughout the varying seasons.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Any of the qualifications listed below are preferred but not essential.
NVQ or SVQ at Level 2 or equivalent
14-19 Hospitality and Catering Diploma
City and Guilds Diploma in Professional Cookery
Health and Hygiene Awareness (Level 2 or above)
- Enthusiasm, motivation and energy
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Excellent time-management
- Health and Hygiene Awareness
- Portion Control
Own transport is required due to the rural location of the Hotel.
