Duty manager / Assistant Manager
We are looking for a Duty manager / Assistant Manager with a lot of personality to join the company that was in the Top 5 for "Seafood Restaurant of the Year 2018, The Caterer".
He/she has ideally had 2 years experience in a similar role and a clear passion for our industry. They must be able to control the door and the floor with ease.
We are looking for a candidate that wants to work their way up within the company. Ideally comes from a fine dining background, however the most important aspect is being the matrie'd that can control a very busy restaurant at a fast pace.
Seafood knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
They must have a thirst for knowledge and an eye for detail. Not afraid of hard work.
