About Us

At Bullitt, we pride ourselves on doing things differently. Since opening our doors in 2016 we've always been more than a bed for the night, with stylish, comfy rooms; fresh local food; delicious drinks and an eclectic calendar of events. Attitude is key at Bullitt as we strive to give each of our customers a memorable experience. We don't believe in hidden costs and our no-nonsense philosophy is at the forefront of everything we do. We incorporate the uniqueness of our neighbourhood into our brand and are up for trying (almost) anything once. As a result of this successful formula, Bullitt Dublin is on the cards in 2020.

About the Role

The General Manager is responsible for the operational and commercial success of Bullitt. You'll be the eyes and ears of the hotel, partnering with the wider leadership team to oversee the day to day operations while helping to shape strategy for the property. A passion and enthusiasm for hospitality, exceptional service and the Bullitt brand is a must, combined with the ability to think big, inspire others and get things done.

What's in it for You

We have an industry leading salary and benefit package, including a bonus based on performance, comprehensive healthcare and pension plans. We pride ourselves on investing in your ongoing career development within the Beannchor Group, one of the largest hospitality operators in the country. The salary bracket for this position is £45,000 to £55,000.

About You

You are an experienced hotel manager (at least 3-5 years' experience) with a track record of excelling in hotel operations.

You have an excellent understanding and proven experience with the commercial aspects of the business, including restaurants, bars and events.

Strong analytical skills will be required to be applied to operational reviews, financial forecasts and targets, as well as wages and budgets.

Exceptional people skills are a must as you'll be heading up a large team. You can crack the whip but know how to motivate and reward people too.

You will have a good awareness of F&B trends in the city and in the hospitality industry in general.

You think outside the box and are keen for a role that lets your personality thrive.

Your brain is brimming with interesting ideas and you can't wait to bring them to life.

You leave your ego at the door and get things done. No drama here.

The company reserves the right to apply an enhanced shortlist criteria.
