• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef / Head Chef
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• Preparing cold starters
• Cooking warm starters
• Preparing Desserts
• Keeping kitchen clean to HACCP standards
