We have a new exciting opportunity for a Support Services Manager, you will be covering for Chef and Catering Managers across multiple units with the ability to guide your team and develop their talent
You will focus on the customer service, making sure that exceptional food standards are met and increasing implementing new ideas
We are looking for someone who has previously managed several sites, within a contract catering environment.
We require a confident operator who can build credible relationships with our client.
- Salary: £33,000
- 40 Hours per week - Working 5 out of 7 between the hours of 06:30am - 19:30pm
- Must have own transport

You will be dynamic, creative and an excellent people manager. You will be professional and responsible in your approach to managing the department’s service – assuming a hands-on approach to support and direct your team to achieve exceptional levels of service. You will also have a good level of financial acumen.
You will be a friendly and approachable and have passion for providing customer service excellence. Be a team motivator who manages their team to be passionate about what they do, ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
You will engage with the client regularly keeping them up to date of successes and challenges and have a can-do attitude to resolving any issues.
- Must be Chef trained
- Experience in a similar environment
- Have excellent communication and management skills
- An understanding of P&L accounts
- The ability to train, coach and develop people
- Have experience overseeing various sites
- People management
- I.T literate
