This is an exciting time for us as we are setting up a new Customer Service Centre at our Birmingham office.  You can be a part of a team which will provide exceptional customer service to all our customers and shape the way in improving the way we work.   We have a fabulous environment with onsite parking and excellent facilities.


Package description

Full-Time working shift patterns covering 7 day working week (includes Bank Holidays)



up to £19,000 per annum (DOE) + Company exclusive benefits + Annual Bonus (dependant on company performance)


Main responsibilities

  • To work as part of a team to resolve customer queries

  • Raising jobs on our CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management System) and ensuring completion within service level agreements

  • Building and maintaining internal and external relationships to ensure effective coordination and resolution of issues

  • Undertake additional tasks as and when required


Ideal candidate

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is desirable but not essential

  • Strong communication and literacy skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good IT skills

  • Will require enhanced security checks as part of the role

  • A team player

  • Must be flexible
