Area Catering Officer
You should demonstrate a high standard of craft skills as this position is responsible for delivering training modules to catering staff. Financial and commercial awareness is essential.
You must hold a NVQ 2 Food preparation Certificate and Advanced Hygiene Certificate and a qualification as a NVQ Assessor in Catering.
You should have experience in a large catering organisation.
